- We have locked our tecast p85 because my daughter cannot remember password. In addition logging on by using google mail account not working because password may have been changed and not being updated because wifi turned off . Anyways trying to do a factory reset and nothing is working. i am not even sure doing factory reset correctly. help need instructions and a manual would be nice. please contact us. thanks youWendy
